DESCRIPTION:Move\, breathe\, and unwind in the fresh air with this beginner-friendly\, all-levels yoga class in the park. We’ll explore gentle stretches\, simple strength-building poses\, and calming breathwork\, with options offered throughout so you can practice at your own pace. Bring a mat or towel\, water\, and an open mind. No previous yoga experience needed. \nPS :: Please bring your mat or towel along for the ride! \nSuitable for ages 10 and up. Free to attend. Registration is required. \nPostponed\, new date coming soon.\nAbout Sky’s the Limit: \nSky’s The Limit Yoga Co started in 2017 via all community-based classes – aka coffee shops\, breweries\, parks\, etc. Since then\, we have expanded to 3 studio homes with community classes still the “backbone” of our business.  We are happy to bring our community vibes to the art in the park program!
