Brigadoon Civic League invites all local artists to submit work for these info kiosks that will have a permanent home in 2 of our parks. Both Brigadoon Pines Park and Brigadoon Woods Park are heavily visited areas. There is no fee to enter with up to five submissions. The only requirement is that you are a Hampton Roads local.
