Our goal is to make Brigadoon one of the best Virginia Beach neighborhoods in which to live, raise our families, and grow older. We strive to improve Brigadoon by supporting local events such as our annual community yards sales, 4th of July Parade, National Night Out and Santa Visit. We want ours to be an attractive and well kept neighborhood, so we pay for and take care of our entrances and their landscaping. We want people to drive into our neighborhood and know they are entering a special place. Feel free to provide comments or suggestions. We’re always listening and always looking for volunteers.
