Please respect the closure.

Who wants to help? The kids are hot to trot to get back on the track. If you see someone on it, please kindly ask them to vacate. Walking and skating on the track damages the work and delays reopening.
If you are traveling down Lynnhaven or would prefer not to face- to-face, there are some non-emergency numbers you can call below.Thank you for your help in this effort!
>> Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation – (757) 385‑1100
Report the trespassing on park property. They can enforce closure and safety rules.>> Virginia Beach Police Department – Non-Emergency – (757) 385‑5000

>> VB311 Citizen Services – 311 (within city)
For non-urgent reporting of people ignoring “Closed” signs. Here’s what to say:
“Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I’d like to report people ignoring a clearly posted ‘Closed’ sign at the pump track in Brigadoon Pines Park at 5207 Albright Drive. They are entering/staying in an area that is closed to the public.
According to Virginia Beach City Code § 23‑43 and Virginia Code § 18.2‑119, this constitutes trespassing after being forbidden to enter.
The incident is happening [now/at specific time], and there are [number of people] involved. [Optional: I have photos/videos if needed.]
Could you please send someone to enforce the closure and ensure safety?”
