Hey neighbors! It’s that time of year again—our Annual Community Cookout is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to bring everyone together for some food, fun, and fellowship!

We need an accurate count of attendees to purchase food.

Where are our pit masters at?! ♨️ We’re on the lookout for volunteers to help tend the grills and showcase those BBQ skills! Don’t worry about standing over a grill all day – shifts are only 1 hour! If grilling isn’t your thing, we still need your help—there are plenty of other ways to get involved.

How you can contribute:

• 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝: Bring your favorite side dish or dessert.
• 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: Help us out by volunteering for set-up, clean-up, or during the event.
• 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Contribute funds to help cover the costs or donate supplies (like paper products, utensils, or yard games).

🩵 We’re also in need of yard games, face painting volunteers, generators, and anything else that will make this event a blast for everyone!
