Join Evyatar and Liel, our Tidewater Shinshinim, for a Hanukkah-themed afternoon of Arts in the Park! Children ages 4–14 can enjoy games, hands-on activities, and tasty snacks while learning about the holiday.

Whether Hanukkah is a cherished tradition in your family or something you’re discovering for the first time, everyone is welcome to play, create, and celebrate together.

What is a Shinshin?

A Shinshin is a young Israeli emissary who spends a year in our community immediately after high school, sharing Jewish traditions and everyday life in Israel. Evyatar and Liel joined us last August and have already become valued members of the community. We are grateful for the time, energy, and care they bring to this year of service and for the connections they are building with people of all ages.
